Role Overview

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will ensure every customer receives the right guidance and a refined in-store experience. The role requires confidence, attentive communication and strong understanding of customer needs while maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their in-store journey
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product selections
• Maintain knowledge of instore product categories and features
• Ensure store presentation and merchandising standards are consistently maintained
• Support billing, enquiries and service processes with accuracy
• Build positive customer relationships and contribute to store sales performance

Candidate Profile

Suitable for freshers or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
