Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering from a leading institution. 5+ years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in C / C++ , with deep knowledge of OOP, data structures, and algorithms . Hands-on experience with Linux , Python , and shell scripting . Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. In-depth understanding of TCP / IP , Ethernet , and parallel programming concepts. Prior experience in high-frequency trading , hedge funds , or investment banking , with a proven track record of success.

- Design and develop ultra-low-latency automated trading systems.
- Enhance system performance using advanced network and systems programming methods.
- Implement algorithms aimed at minimizing trading latency.
- Build reliable tools for risk management and performance monitoring.
- Manage the complete software lifecycle — from design and deployment to ongoing optimization and maintenance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering innovation and engineering excellence within the team.
