Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media tasks, implementing content strategy, optimizing social media presence, and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Social Media Manager and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills

Communication skills

Experience in Content Strategy and Ideation.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.

Have worked with multiple brands.

Turn ideas into brand partnerships.

Team Leading

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage social media strategy and execution across platforms – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and more.

Build monthly content calendars and campaign strategies tailored to client goals.

Collaborate with internal teams – creative, copy, video – to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform insights to drive engagement and reach.

Maintain clear communication with clients and deliver monthly performance reports.

Work alongside paid media teams to align organic and paid campaigns.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a digital or advertising agency.

Strong portfolio of social media campaigns, content strategies, and engagement results.

Deep understanding of social media tools, analytics, and content formats (especially reels and short-form video).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus if you :

Have experience with lifestyle, FMCG, or D2C brands.

Are familiar with influencer marketing and performance content.

Stay updated on platform algorithms and emerging trends.
