Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Project Management!

A proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Marketing) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• .Project Coordination : Support end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, product launches, digital initiatives, and brand projects.
• .Timeline & Task Management : Maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple stakeholders.
• .Collaboration : Liaise with internal teams (creative, eloqua, web, organic and paid social, paid search) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• .Documentation & Reporting : Prepare project briefs, meeting notes, reports, and post-campaign evaluations.
• .Resource Management : Assist in allocating tasks, monitoring workloads, and ensuring optimal use of resources.
• .Process Improvement : Help refine workflows, implement project management tools, and drive operational efficiency within the marketing team.
• .Quality Control : Ensure deliverables meet brand standards, campaign objectives, and quality benchmarks.
• .Act as a backup for Project Manager for all assisted roles and responsibilities whenever needed.
