₹60–65 LPA (fixed + variable) + ESOPs (for exceptional candidates)

About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Salesforce Practice Leader who will own end-to-end P&L of our fast-growing Salesforce business unit, scale the practice to the next level, and play a pivotal role in winning and delivering multi-million-dollar engagements, and build a world-class Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) in Hyderabad.
This is a 360° leadership role combining Delivery Ownership, Practice Building, Pre-Sales, Technical Architecture, P&L Management and Team Scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Own complete P&L ownership of the Salesforce portfolio (delivery margins, revenue growth, risk & escalations)
- Scale the Salesforce practice from current size to 200+ heads in 24–30 months
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Salesforce Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, Program & Project Managers
- Drive pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, architectural diagrams and win large global deals
- Own technical governance – architecture reviews, code quality, release management, DevOps, environment strategy & SSO
- Partner with global sales & vertical BU heads for GTM, opportunity qualification and deal closure
- Mentor the team, establish best practices, reusable assets, accelerators and frameworks
- Manage multi-geography delivery (US, Europe, APAC, Middle East) with onshore-offshore model
- Ensure customer success, CSAT / NPS, reference ability and multi-year renewals / expansions
- Hire top Salesforce talent, forecast resource needs and build a strong leadership bench
- Act as the escalation point for all technical, commercial and delivery risks
Must-Have Experience & Skills (19–24 years)
19–24 years total experience with at least 8–10 years in Salesforce ecosystemCurrently in a Practice Head / Delivery Head / P&L Owner role for Salesforce business (minimum $12–15M+ portfolio)Proven track record of scaling Salesforce practices and teams (100+ members)Hands-on experience in Salesforce Architecture (multi-cloud – Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, CPQ, FSL, Vlocity / Omnistudio)Multiple end-to-end large-scale Salesforce implementations for global enterprisesStrong pre-sales experience – discovery workshops, solution design, effort estimation, SOW reviews and deal shapingP&L management experience – margins, resource optimization, vendor negotiations, risk mitigationExperience managing global clients and distributed teams (US, UK, Europe, APAC)Excellent stakeholder management – CXO relationships, escalation handling, governance reviewsExposure to Salesforce COE setup, asset / accelerator creation and GTM collateralCertified : Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect / CTA is a big plusWhy Join Us?
