Role Description
This is not your typical growth role. We are hiring someone to architect FiatPe's Product-Led Growth (PLG) engine from scratch. You will be responsible for designing and executing the strategy, features, and feedback loops that drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention — all from within the product. Alongside, you will own and optimize the performance marketing funnel across Meta, Google, and vernacular channels, blending PLG and paid into one seamless growth function.
Building FiatPe’s Growth Engine
In-product growth loops : referrals, gamification, onboarding
In-app engagement to drive retention
A / B testing & experimentation engine
Performance Marketing
Run & optimize Google, Meta, influencer campaigns
Drive CAC, LTV, ROAS, Merchant Activation
Analytics & Tools
Set up WebEngage, Firebase, Mixpanel
Build dashboards & deep cohort analysis
What We’re Looking For :
5–8 yrs in growth / product marketing / performance (consumer tech or fintech).
Experience with PLG features / loops & experimentation systems.
Skilled in Meta / Google Ads, Appsflyer, GA4, Mixpanel, SQL.
Strong product sense & cross-functional collaboration.
Hindi or regional language fluency is a plus.
