Position Summary :

Data Platform Support / Platform Engineer III

As a Data Platform Support Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure platform services that enable efficient data transfers, API integrations, and platform operations across the enterprise. You will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of data pipelines and platform services that power decision-making, reporting, and advanced data productsparticularly in high-volume, fast-paced global environments.

Primary Responsibilities :

Platform Operations & Support :

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient platform solutions to support APIs, data transfers, and analytics workflows.
• Monitor platform health, optimize for performance and uptime, and implement diagnostic and observability practices.
• Provide Level 2 / 3 technical support for platform services to minimize disruption and accelerate issue resolution.
• Support platform upgrades, releases, and maintenance activities to ensure seamless user experiences.
