Role Overview : A fast-growing, dermatology-backed skincare brand is looking for a hands-on, systems-driven CTO / Director of Digital Operations to build and scale the digital backbone needed for 10x growth. This role owns technology, automation, integrations, data flow, analytics, and digital operations across all channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Technology & Strategy
- Define and execute the company’s digital roadmap.
- Evaluate and optimize existing systems for simplicity, automation, and scale.
Systems Integration
Own key platforms : Zoho CRM / Marketing Hub, Shopify Plus, CIN7, Amazon / Walmart integrations, PowerBI.Ensure clean data flow and seamless system integration across teams.Digital Operations & Automation
Build automated workflows across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.Optimize customer journeys and lifecycle marketing across D2C and marketplaces.Data & Analytics
Build unified dashboards and reporting via PowerBI.Create a single source of truth across CRM, e-commerce, inventory, and marketing.Security & Compliance
Implement strong governance, data privacy, and compliance standards.Vendor Management
Lead relationships with tech vendors, agencies, and integration partners.Qualifications : Required
7+ years in Digital Operations, Systems Architecture, or CTO-level roles in e-commerce / CPG.Hands-on expertise with Zoho CRM / Marketing, Shopify Plus, CIN7, Amazon / Walmart Seller tools, PowerBI.Experience scaling multi-channel digital ecosystems and driving automation.Preferred
Skincare / medical / OTC / regulated category experience.Multi-warehouse / global distributor exposure.Experience supporting 5–10x growth environments.
