About the role :

This is a senior leadership role focused on driving educational reform in Madhya Pradesh working directly with the Department of Education.

The Lead will manage the entire project unit serving as the strategic connection between the organizations goals and state policy . We need a seasoned project Lead and effective leader who is a master at navigating complex government systems and building strong trusted relationships with senior officials.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Project Leadership & Execution :

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of all projects within the PMUs portfolio including strategic planning resource allocation execution monitoring and reporting.
• Develop comprehensive project plans detailed implementation roadmaps and robust Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks to track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure all projects deliver measurable sustainable outcomes in the education sector and are fully aligned with the states vision and the organizations mission.
