Visionet Systems - Storage Administrator - NetApp / CEPH

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Support and manage storage systems for SAP environments, primarily on NetApp C-mode and CEPH storage.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex storage issues.
• Manage day-to-day storage operations, including provisioning, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Ensure high system availability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Participate in 24 / 7 support rotation to handle critical issues.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, infrastructure, and application teams for smooth operations.
• Contribute to automation of storage management tasks and improve operational efficiency.
