Business Analyst with Power BI experience - Chennai - contractor in USD

For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Business Analyst. Candidates need to have at least 5 years of Business Analyst and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and dashboarding platforms.

We are looking for a motivated contractor. This position is long-term. Candidates need tbe fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities :

• Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria by engaging stakeholders and translating their needs into actionable development tasks;
• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project objectives and deliverables are aligned;
• Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions to capture business needs, document specifications, and clarify expectations for all stakeholders;
• Design and document process flows to visualize, optimize, and align business processes with project goals;
• Collaborate with key resources to ensure user interfaces meet business requirements and enhance user experience;
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and dashboarding platforms to present findings, support decision-making, and communicate recommendations effectively;
