Hiring : Solution Architect / Java Architect (10–12 Years Experience)

Location : Bangalore

Role : Solution Architect / Java Architect

Experience : 10–12 Years

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect / Java Architect who can drive end-to-end technical architecture, design scalable enterprise solutions, and provide strong technical leadership across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design large-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures.
Lead technical design discussions, solution roadmaps, and component-level architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, DevOps, QA, Business—to ensure successful delivery.
Review architecture, code, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot complex issues and propose sustainable solutions.

Must-Have Skills

10–12 years of strong hands-on experience in Java / J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs.

Deep expertise in Microservices architecture, distributed systems, data structures, algorithms.

Strong understanding of design patterns, system design, and cloud-native principles.

Experience with Agile delivery, CI / CD, and DevOps culture.

Knowledge of high-availability applications, databases, and middleware.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.

Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, API Gateways.

Performance tuning and high-traffic system experience.

Behavioral Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Strong leadership and decision-making ability.

Problem-solving and mentoring mindset.
