Job Overview
Wolf Casa is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to build, manage, and elevate our brand presence across all social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands both content and community—someone who can create compelling narratives, grow engaged audiences, and translate brand values into meaningful digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Wolf Casa’s brand, mission, and business goals.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
- Work closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and storytelling content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor performance, and emerging platforms to ensure Wolf Casa stays innovative and relevant.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Collaborate on paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships when needed.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all digital touchpoints.
- Organize and manage content calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
Qualifications Required :
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and content best practices.Ability to create or oversee creation of visual content (graphics, photos, short-form videos).Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a strong sense of brand voice.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Basic analytics knowledge (Meta Insights, Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).Preferred :
