HR MIS & Reporting Specialist (C2H) – Pune
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, maintain, and automate comprehensive HR dashboards / reports on onboarding, exits, compliance, headcount, and leave reconciliations.
- Conduct periodic HR data audits ensuring consistency across Zoho, HRMS, and shared drive systems.
- Manage employee master data (FTEs, contractors, interns) with strict version control.
- Support monthly management reporting and HR analytics for decision-making.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and joining formalities including documentation, communications, and system access for FTEs and contractors.
- Ensure compliance by managing employee statutory details (PF, UAN, Aadhaar), and address PF-related queries.
- Assist visa / documentation requests and support intern / contractor exit processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Admin teams for seamless operations.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF / COUNTIF, dashboards).Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to data accuracy.Experience with HRMS tools such as Workday, SAP, or Zoho.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Proactive, process-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities.Qualifications & Experience :
Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of experience in HR MIS or similar roles, preferably in shared services or large-scale onboarding.Experience handling headcounts over 1000 employees is desirable.
