Collection Manager Unsecured Loans Field

Roles and Responsibilities : -

• Responsible for managing and undertaking collections process for debts that have been allocated
• Will be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area
• To ensure collection process and legal guidelines are adhered
• To maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history providing and maintaining MIS report reviewing of collection feedback on daily Weekly & Monthly basis etc. desired candidate profile
• Management of overall business operations & coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure delivery of business goals.
• Audit review & document collections policies strategies & practices
• Designing calling strategy and dialler management for collection process.
