Job description1–2 years of real, meaningful experience (internships, projects, or early roles all count if you actually built and shipped things). Strong skills in : Python + FastAPI React (hooks, state mgmt, component design) PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, optimization) DevOps basics (CI / CD pipelines, Docker, cloud deployment) Comfort using GenAI tools to code faster and smarter. Sharp problem-solving ability—you enjoy figuring things out with limited guidance. Bonus points if you’ve touched : Graph databases (Neo4j), LangChain / LangGraph, or have an eye for product UX. You’ll be part of the core team shaping the product from the ground up. Work on cutting-edge Agentic AI with direct exposure to enterprise use cases. Learn fast, move fast—your work won’t sit in a backlog. It ships, it matters. A culture that values craft, speed, and impact over hierarchy and buzzwords.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship end-to-end features using Python (FastAPI), React, and PostgreSQL.
- Design APIs and data models that power our AI-driven workflows.
- Work on deployment pipelines and bring solid DevOps practices (CI / CD, Docker / K8s, cloud infra).
- Leverage GenAI coding tools (Codex, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) as part of your daily workflow.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to prototype, test, and iterate at startup speed.
- Solve real problems—your contributions will directly shape the product used by our first customers.
