Roles and Responsibilities

• Vendor Management : Liaising with 3PL partners to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments, accurate inventory handling, and adherence to service-level agreements.
• Warehouse Oversight : Monitoring storage conditions, especially for perishable pet food, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Process Optimization : Streamlining order fulfillment, returns, and replenishment cycles using data-driven insights and automation tools.
• Performance Tracking : Setting KPIs for delivery timelines, order accuracy, and cost efficiency, and conducting regular audits of 3PL operations.
• Integration & Scalability : Ensuring tech integration between the company's systems and the 3PL's WMS / TMS platforms, enabling real-time visibility and scalable growth.
