What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead and expand the Applications Engineering team focused on delivering advanced DFT solutions across India .
• Define, communicate, and execute strategic initiatives to increase Synopsys' market presence and customer success.
• Act as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor, ensuring that Synopsys' DFT offerings align with customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior customer stakeholders, driving long-term engagement and satisfaction.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development, roadmap planning, and process enhancement.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing cross-functional collaboration and ensuring timely, quality delivery.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and knowledge sharing within the Applications Engineering function.
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
