Job description3+ years of professional frontend development experience using modern software engineering processes. Proficient in JavaScript and Angular Framework. You think critically about your work and ask questions to improve the product, not only on its technical implementation but also on how well it’s serving the users' needs. Experience in designing and building component libraries or design systems. You have built performant and scalable apps, made pragmatic tradeoffs, and can point to your prior work. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. When things inevitably break, you eagerly jump in to diagnose and fix the core issues. Experience working in an early-stage startup is a huge plus. Role Description
- Architect and develop scalable, maintainable frontend applications using Angular.
- Own and drive key frontend initiatives from conception to production.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Lead code reviews, establish frontend coding standards, and ensure code quality across the team.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay current with frontend trends and advocate for best practices in performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Participate in architectural discussions and provide strategic input on frontend roadmap planning.
