Job Description
Role : Salesforce FSL Developer
Experience : 5–10 years (with at least 2–3 years in FSL)
Certifications :
Mandatory : Salesforce Platform Developer IPreferred : Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Platform Developer II
Key Responsibilities
Design & Implement FSL Solutions : Configure Service Territories, Work Types, Service Resources, Skills, and Scheduling Policies.
Set up Dispatcher Console and optimize scheduling.
Custom Development : Build solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Develop triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous Apex.
Integration : Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and tools like MuleSoft.
Mobile App Customization : Configure and optimize Salesforce Mobile App for field technicians, including offline capabilities.
Lifecycle Management : Implement Service Appointment lifecycle and optimize resource allocation.
Collaboration & Documentation : Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Prepare technical design documents, deployment plans, and perform unit testing.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and FSL data model.
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL / SOSL, and Flows.
Familiarity with Salesforce security model, profiles, and permission sets.
Experience with integration patterns and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and OmniChannel Routing.
Exposure to CI / CD tools, Agile methodology, and compliance norms.
