• Identifying and establishing win-win partnerships with leading e-Commerce partners in India (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio) and globally like Amazon (US, Canada, Uk, Etc.), Walmart, Noon.
• Develop overall Business strategy and future road map to drive revenue & business growth.
• Targeting Sales (Top Line) with a keen observation on the profitability (Bottom Line).
• Analyse and Negotiate commercial terms with business partners for maximum profitability.
• Planning & implementing monthly / quarterly marketing / promotion strategy for driving business.
• Exceptional skills in communication, presentation with demonstrated abilities in training and driving motivated teams towards achieving sales goals.
• Coordinating with the product development team & sharing qualitative feedback so that it can help in product development and thus resulting in better sales.
• Implementing reporting process to track down individual performances.
• Conducting sales meet on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis with sales team for review and monitoring individual performance.

• Visit brand managers monthly / quarterly to drive brand effectively.
