Salesforce Team Lead

Location : Kolkata (Hybrid during establishment, On-site from Jan 2026)

We seek a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, and the leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

Responsibilities :

Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Manage and prioritize project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements on the Salesforce platform.

Perform hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization as needed.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to drive Salesforce initiatives and support business objectives.

Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Understanding the limitations of SF platform and how to bypass them

Strong knowledge of LWC

Dept level with of Apex Development

Vast experience with Async batch processing

Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.

Minimum 2 years of experience as Dev Team Lead.

Proven experience leading and managing a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Fluent in English speaking and writing

Work Arrangement

Immediate onboarding preferred (within 2 weeks maximum).

Until our Kolkata office is fully established, work from home with a stable internet connection in a quiet environment.

From January 2026 : On-site work from our Kolkata office (with occasional work-from-home flexibility).
