Business Analyst - Real Estate Valuations & Modeling

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, private equity, or asset management, with a focus on modeling and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including nested formulas, macros, and dynamic financial modeling.
• Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management / accounting platforms.
• Solid understanding of real estate valuation methodologies (income approach, comparables, cost).
• Post-secondary degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics , or a related field.
• Professional designation or progress toward CFA or FRM strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
