What You’ll Own
Build and own the full-funnel growth strategy — acquisition → activation → engagement → retention → monetizationLead high-impact growth initiatives across paid marketing, performance optimization, lifecycle automation, referrals, content, SEO, and partnershipsDrive user insights through deep data analysis; identify bottlenecks and unlock scalable growth loopsOwn growth metrics : CAC, retention, LTV, payback, activation rates, churn, MAUs / DAUsScale and optimize paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, UAC) with a sharp eye on ROIIdentify and launch new channels, GTM motions, influencers, and distribution partnershipsWhat We’re Looking For
6–8 years of experience in growth, marketing, performance, or product growth rolesDeep understanding of consumer funnels, user behavior, conversion optimization, and retention loopsHands-on experience with performance marketing , A / B testing , analytics , CRM , and lifecycle journeysStrong analytical skills; comfortable working with data tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Looker, or similar)Creative and ability to think like the customer, to commission high engagement AdsBonus : experience in fintech, consumer apps, or high-scale startups
