Role Overview :

As a Management Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating across multiple teams and departments to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations and long-term goals.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and support day-to-day operations across functions

Take charge of responsibilities based on strengths — research, sales, strategy, events, coordination, etc.

Collaborate closely with the core leadership team on high-impact projects

Participate actively in activities within the startup ecosystem driven by PedalStart

Think fast, lead faster — embody a proactive, hustler mindset

What We’re Looking For Someone With :

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

A strong understanding of multiple domains and business operations

A proactive mindset with ownership and accountability.

Adaptability to switch gears and own responsibilities

Ability to manage diverse teams and keep them aligned with project goals.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in continuity is required.

A strong desire to learn, lead, and build.
