Job description

As a Corporate Alliance Manager at OLX India based out of Gurugram , you will play a key role in driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth across our diverse business ecosystem. This role combines business development, account management, and strategic influence — requiring a balance of hunting for new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.

What you will be doing :

  • Prospecting of partners / brands across categories by building relationships with key decision makers (it's a combined hunter and farmer role)
  • Create a strong funnel across categories and drive revenue & sales numbers by converting this funnel
  • Monetize OLX India platform by building partnership with Buyers & Sellers
  • Provide dedicated account management to top clients, to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, and leverage data to create business solutions for clients
  • Should have worked as a strategic business driver, shaping product and platform roadmaps
  • Build key stakeholder relationships i.E., both internally and externally, and be seen as a key influencer in shaping product roadmaps, and platform strategy
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stronger focus on revenue accountability and ownership of partnership-driven monetization
  • Broader scope covering strategic partnerships across the used goods ecosystem, buyer / seller acquisition, and new goods advertising
  • Added emphasis on data-driven solution selling and collaboration with category, product, tech, and marketing teams
  • Highlight experience across Automotive, D2C, Real Estate, and Consumer Electronics verticals

What we are looking for :

  • MBA with 8 to 12 years of relevant sales / BD experience
  • Strong business acumen, and ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
  • Is a team player and strong at stakeholder management, negotiation and collaboration
  • Someone who can maintain and strengthen relationships with the existing clients
  • Can manage, end to end i.E., from acquisition, negotiation, on-boarding, owning revenue targets to actively pushing them for closure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
