QA Manager (Cosmetics Industry) Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Irungattukottai & Alathur

Industry Preference : Cosmetics / Personal Care / FMCG (Cosmetics-focused preferred)

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager with a strong background in the cosmetics industry to lead and oversee quality assurance processes at our manufacturing units in Irungattukottai and Alathur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing quality systems, ensuring product compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory adherence.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics Science, Biotechnology, or related fields.

Minimum 5+ years of QA experience, preferably in the cosmetics / personal care industry .

Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, BIS, FDA requirements, and cosmetic regulatory guidelines.

Experience handling audits, CAPA, change control, and QMS implementation.

Excellent analytical skills, decision-making ability, and team leadership qualities.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
