About the role Help us grow our cybersecurity education programs by reaching college students, explaining program value, and enrolling them. This is a performance‑driven, fully remote role with a fixed stipend plus commission. You will work directly under a Sales Lead who will build the outreach pipelines and mentor you with call reviews, scripts, and feedback. Compensation - Fixed : Rs. 8,000 per month - Incentive : 5% commission on every successful enrollment (no cap) - Monthly targets with transparent tracking and monthly payouts for commissions What you’ll do - Execute the outreach pipeline curated by the Sales Lead across LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, campus clubs, and referrals.
- Run discovery and demo calls using approved scripts;
handle objections and close enrollments.
Nurture leads with crisp follow‑ups, reminders for deadlines, and scholarship / offer communication.Maintain accurate records in our CRM (leads, status, call notes, conversions).Collaborate with marketing for campus drives, webinars, and WhatsApp / Discord community pushes.Share on‑ground feedback to improve messaging, pricing, and offers. Goal‑oriented and disciplined about daily activity metrics (outreach volume, call time, demos booked).Basic understanding of tech / edtech or genuine interest in cybersecurity education.Organized with attention to detail;updates CRM without prompting.
Self‑starter who thrives in remote work and owns results. Nice to have (not mandatory) - Prior experience in telesales / admissions / campus ambassador roles.Familiarity with Google Sheets / Docs, simple CRMs, and WhatsApp Business tools.Experience running student communities or college societies. What success looks like (first 60–90 days) - Consistent outreach volume and qualified demo bookings per week.20–30% demo‑to‑enrollment conversion (program dependent).Clean CRM hygiene and reliable weekly reporting.Positive student feedback on clarity, responsiveness, and guidance. Work setup - Remote;flexible working hoursaligned with student availability (evenings / weekends as needed).
