Job description

Tasks

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase business growth and market share.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the manufacturing or fabrication industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand the company's market presence.
