seeking a skilled Senior Enterprise Application Administrator with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules . This role involves configuration validation, correction, and data migration using standard templates, ensuring optimal HRIS performance and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Total Experience should be 7+ Years
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to manage and enhance HR technology solutions.
• Administer and optimize HR systems, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Lead configuration and data migration efforts for EC and Time Off modules.
• Deliver high-value HR technology solutions and process improvements.
• Manage day-to-day system requests and support global collaboration.
• Act as an internal consultant for HR process enhancements and system usage.
