T ype : Full-Time (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube .
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Manage end-to-end campaign setup : strategy → creatives → execution → optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance daily using dashboards and analytics tools.
• Optimize CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Develop A / B tests for ads, landing pages, and funnels.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving best practices.
