Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Build full-stack applications that enable internal teams to interact with and extract insights as we scale our proprietary data platform.
- Collaborate with development partners to integrate backend services, APIs, and front-end interfaces.
- Work across the stack : design and implement clean, scalable frontend components and reliable backend APIs.
- Integrate with third-party systems such as Salesforce, Power BI, and CDPs to enable real-time marketing insights and campaign performance views.
- Partner with data engineers to build interfaces for data operations, monitoring, and exception handling.
- Ensure security, performance, and usability best practices are followed as the platform scales.
- Contribute to the internal product roadmap, focusing on user experience, self-service tools, and automation to empower teams across the organization.
Qualifications
4 - 8 years of experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in a B2B demand generation, data, or SaaS-focused environment.Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or similar) and strong backend development experience (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, or Java).Experience designing and integrating with RESTful APIs, data services, and authentication systems.Solid understanding of SQL, data structures, and database performance optimization.Comfortable collaborating with data engineering teams and understanding backend data pipelines.Familiarity with data tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.Ability to thrive in a scrappy, high-ownership, fast-paced environment, balancing speed with quality.(ref : hirist.tech)
