ServiceNow ITOM Developer - CMDB

Role : Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer / Lead / : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / Noida / Chennai / are looking for an experienced ITOM Developer to join our IT operations team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and implementing IT Operations

Management (ITOM) solutions, with a focus on improving system visibility, automation, and operational Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, Orchestration, etc.
• Integrate ITOM with other systems and tools.
• Maintain and optimize CMDB health and data accuracy.
• Automate workflows to streamline IT operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues and performance :
• 3+ years of experience with ITOM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow ITOM).
• Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture, Discovery, and Event Management.
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.
• Familiarity with network protocols and infrastructure.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM (preferred).
