Role : Team Member Sales (Residential and Commercial Developer)
We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to support the growth of smart metering and energy solutions across residential, commercial, and government segments. The role focuses on driving client engagement, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment.
Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales for smart metering and energy management solutions across developers (Residential & Commercial) , MES, Railways, Metro authorities, and PSUs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Conduct market visits and client meetings to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and close deals
- Track sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets
Key Skills & Qualifications :
2–10 years of B2B or infrastructure-based sales experience, preferably with Residential & Commercial Developers including PSUs such as Railways, MES, Metro,Strong understanding of real estate developer ecosystem (residential and commercial)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with a result-oriented approachAbility to engage PSU and government clients strategicallyCandidates with a deep understanding of electrical products and systems and experience selling them to residential and commercial developers will also be considered.
