Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development & Optimization Intern to support our partner property operations, research, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in hospitality technology, revenue management, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct market research and identify trends related to hospitality and OTA platforms

Assist in generating leads and supporting client acquisition activities

Support listing optimization and performance improvement projects

Analyze data, prepare reports, and share insights with the team

Coordinate with clients for updates, performance reviews, and requirement gathering

Maintain documentation and track daily operational tasks

Work with managers to align property strategies and ensure quality delivery

Qualifications :

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data

Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally

Ability to work independently in a structured remote setup
