What You’ll Work On

Build and improve ML-powered matching and ranking systems for talent profiles

Contribute to semantic scoring models and search intelligence

Work on data pipelines, experimentation, model training, and deployment

Clean and process structured / unstructured data from CVs, JDs, and other inputs

Help us experiment with LLM-based intelligence components

Contribute to end-to-end architecture, not just isolated code

✅  What We’re Looking For

Final-year student or recent grad in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science, or related fields

Solid programming skills in Python and experience with scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.

Some exposure to NLP, transformers, or LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) is a big plus

Familiarity with building and evaluating ML models in a structured manner

Understanding of version control (Git) and basic MLOps is a bonus

Available for a 3–6 month internship (full-time or substantial part-time)
