Job Description

• Manage and oversee the production support function for brokerage technology systems.
• Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems used in financial services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and updates.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and resolutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP-Prod Support should have :

• A strong educational background in technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in production support within the financial services or brokerage industry.
• Expertise in managing and troubleshooting technology systems.
