We are looking for an experienced Process Planning Engineer with mandatory experience in TCF Assembly Line to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should be ready to work onsite at the customer location and play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes and driving digital transformation in vehicle assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate product, process, and assembly hierarchies to optimize hours per vehicle and cycle time.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure Design for Assembly / Manufacturing (DFA / DFM) principles are implemented early in the design phase.
• Conduct product studies and define assembly processes considering Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Ergonomics .
• Associate parts, tools, and quality attributes with process definitions.
• Execute preliminary Line Balancing, TAKT Time, and Cycle Time planning.
