The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, guest-first Captain to run the floor at our cafés in Delhi. You’ll be the face of the outlet during your shift — ensuring service is smooth, guests feel seen, and the team performs like a well-oiled kitchen. This role is for someone energetic, decisive, and proud of excellent service.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the service floor during your shift : welcome guests, manage the space, and ensure timely, warm service
• Coach and support FOH staff on hospitality, order flow, and upsell moments
• Run pre-shift and post-shift briefings;

keep the team informed and motivated
