- Accurate Record Keeping : Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all customer interactions and details within our systems.
- Process Improvement : Collaborate actively with team members to identify opportunities and contribute to improving our customer service processes.
- Knowledge & Policy : Stay continuously updated on all product knowledge, service offerings, and company policies to provide accurate and informed Education : MBA in a related field.
- Experience : Previous customer service experience is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of customer support dynamics.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities to connect effectively with customers.
- Multitasking & Resilience : The ability to efficiently multitask and calmly handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive demeanor
