Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
- Handling EPBAX and maintaining records.
- Greeting all walk-ins, visitors and maintaining their records.
- Receiving vendors bills, maintaining their record.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene in the center.
- Ensuring excellent hospitality to all center walk-ins.
- Ensuring entry of all Walk-ins in register and TAB.
Skills Required :
Minimum 2 years experience as a Front Desk Representative.Excellent communication skills.Good Time-management skills.Great interpersonal and communication skills.Customer Handling skills.Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
