Job Title : L2 Storage & Backup Administrator

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2 Storage & Backup Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team.

The candidate will provide intermediate-level technical support for storage and backup systems, handle escalated issues from L1 teams, and assist in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise storage and backup solutions.

This role requires strong knowledge of SAN / NAS storage, backup systems, and virtualization environments to ensure high reliability, performance, and security of the organizations IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

Incident Management and Troubleshooting :

• Handle escalated issues from L1 support and provide timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot backup failures, restoration issues, storage component failures, zoning, and multipathing problems.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective measures.
