Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personality Development Assistant, located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The role involves providing administrative support, assisting in managing projects, conducting research, and facilitating communication within teams. The assistant will also support the smooth execution of personal development programs and events, ensuring all operations run efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Proficiency in research and analytical skills to gather, evaluate, and present data and insights effectively
• Administrative Assistance skills, including task organization and time management
• Experience in Project Management and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• A background in psychology, education, or personal development training is highly beneficial

Salary

12000-15000 per month
