About the Role

We are seeking an AI Lead to join our AI Labs team , driving the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions across NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI across our platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with practical experience in applying AI to real-world challenges across industries.

You will work hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI frameworks, and computation / token optimization to build scalable, efficient, and impactful AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions from experimentation to production.
• Architect and fine-tune LLMs , NLP , and Computer Vision models for our platforms.
• Explore and implement agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities aligned with strategic goals.
• Optimize model performance with efficient token and computation management strategies.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate AI features into consumer-facing and BFSI products.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI research and translate cutting-edge advancements into business impact.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a strong AI innovation culture within AI Labs.
