Responsibilities : Develop and maintain HCM technical components : HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, BI Publisher Reports.Support Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent & Recruiting modules.Build interfaces and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud.Troubleshoot payroll / HR data issues and deliver configurations & customizations.Work closely with HR stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.Skills Required : Strong technical knowledge : HDL, HCM Extracts, FF, OTBI, BIP.Hands-on experience with OIC integrations for HCM.Understanding of Fusion HCM tables, security, and workflows.SQL / PLSQL knowledge and ability to analyze HR / payroll data.
