1. Creating and reviewing contracts, ensuring they address project scope, timelines, costs, and compliance requirements.
2. Participating in negotiations with various parties to secure favourable contract terms.
3. Overseeing contract performance, monitoring compliance, and managing contract changes, extensions, or terminations.
4. Thorough knowledge of rates of all materials, PRWs, equipment etc.
5. In depth knowledge of all types of contracts and it’s formulation
6. Preparing tender documents, floating enquiries / tenders, follow ups with vendors / contractors for submission of bids
7. Preparing comparative statement and reviewing rates
8. Addressing and resolving any contract-related disputes or conflicts that may arise among parties.
9. Ensuring all parties adhere to the terms and conditions of the contracts.
10. Identifying potential contractual risks and developing mitigation strategies.
11. Communicating contract-related information to internal and external stakeholders.
12. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with all parties involved.
13. Development of vendor / contractors database for various domains
14. Educating stakeholders on their rights and responsibilities under the contracts.
15. Maintaining accurate records of all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
16. Preparing reports on contract performance and providing updates to senior management.
17. Ensuring all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
18. Ability to identify and resolve contract-related issues.
19. Understanding of legal terms and concepts related to construction contracts.
20. Ability to manage contracts as part of a larger project.
