Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own Osto’s marketing engine for the US startup ecosystem - driving awareness, pipeline, and product demand across digital channels, founder / VC communities, and cybersecurity circles. You’ll experiment fast, learn fast, and turn insights into compounding growth.
What You’ll Drive
Content marketing (blogs, case studies, landing pages, playbooks)
SEO, AEO, GEO to scale organic growth
Event marketing across startup, VC, accelerator and cybersecurity ecosystems
Community & social growth (Reddit, Slack / Discord, VC platforms, LinkedIn, etc.)
Growth experiments across channels to reduce CAC and increase sign-ups
Analytics, attribution, and funnel reporting
Who We’re Looking For
3–6 years in B2B SaaS / cybersecurity / DevOps growth marketing (US preferred)
Proven track record of scaling inbound pipeline and organic demand
Hands-on operator who can write, experiment, analyze, and execute fast
Strong understanding of startup + VC ecosystem audiences
