Job Summary :

As a Curriculum Operations Lead at NxtWave, you will be responsible for :

• Curriculum Implementation : Oversee the efficient delivery of curriculum across the CCBP 4.0 program, ensuring consistent quality and timely rollout.
• Process Optimization : Develop and standardize operational processes to support seamless curriculum deployment and maintenance.
• Quality Assurance : Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain high standards across all curriculum materials.
• Cross-functional Coordination : Serve as the bridge between curriculum development, technical teams, and teaching staff to ensure aligned execution.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor key operational metrics to improve curriculum delivery and student outcomes.

Responsibilities :

Minimum Qualifications :

Master's degree preferred.
