Job descriptionCoordinate with in-house design and Dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Provide client feedback to the design team for incorporating into new furniture collections. Ensure product quality meets the luxury standards expected by the clientele. Prepare and present sales forecasts, account status, and performance reports to Line Manager Track key account performance metrics (e.G., revenue, order frequency, client satisfaction). Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, including space planning and aesthetic preferences. Offer expert consultation on luxury furniture trends, material choices, and design concepts. Oversee delivery, installation, and after-sales services to ensure client satisfaction. Handle any post-sales issues or complaints promptly and effectively to maintain client trust. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Ensure all interactions and communications uphold the luxury positioning of the brand.

Salary Range- 6 LPA-9 LPA
Should be from the Luxury Furniture Industry
