Role : Growth Consultant

Objective :

Be the primary advocate for Shipsy’s customers, ensuring maximum value realization , strong adoption, customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth and retention .

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term client partnerships

Onboarding & Adoption

Ensure smooth onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and drive adoption

Account Reviews & Growth

Conduct business reviews, track KPIs, identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities

Customer Advocacy

Represent customer feedback internally to product and engineering teams

Problem Resolution

Proactively address challenges in partnership with support / product teams

Training & Enablement

Deliver workshops, training sessions, and resources for clients

Data-Driven Insights

Analyze usage data to track engagement, identify risks, and recommend strategies

Renewals & Retention

Partner with account management to secure renewals and expansion revenue

Growth Consulting & Strategy

Advise clients on strategic initiatives to maximize business outcomes

Candidate Profile :

Experience : 3–5 years in Growth, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, supply chain / logistics tech, or Expansion Sales

Knowledge : Strong understanding of supply chain operations and customer lifecycle management

• Skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving;

ability to work cross-functionally

Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
